Eric Avar led the design of the Nike Zoom Kobe 3, which adopted a new and more futuristic aesthetic compared to the previous two Kobe models. A breathable and lightweight design, the Kobe 3’s sleek, high-top silhouette was defined by its one-piece mesh upper that featured a grid-like structure for support. Key colorways of the Kobe 3 include the “Lakers,” “Orca” and “Fade to Black” versions.
