Nike Air Total Max Uptempo

Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Total Max Uptempo was designed for the combo basketball player who seeks maximum cushioning with a sleek design and premium materials. Designed by Eric Avar, the upper features full-grain leather mixed in with nubuck and mesh. The 3/4 full-length visible Max Air unit is the shoe's main attraction and is similar to the one found on the Air Max Uptempo 3 and the Air Pippen 1. Sleek and cushioned, Uptempo shoes are crafted for big men and shooting guards in the style of Reggie Miller and Tim Duncan. A classic design with memorable colorways, this silhouette has been retroed in the original ‘Black Volt’ and ‘Midnight Navy’ editions, as well as the popular new color ‘Bred.’
