Nike Air Huarache

One of the most iconic designs in Tinker Hatfield’s oeuvre, the 1991 Nike Huarache first landed in a “Scream Green” colorway. Advertisements of the time asked “Have you hugged your foot today?”, in reference to the shoe’s innovative neoprene inner bootie that took inspiration from water skiing while the shoe’s name derives from Mexican indigenous sandals. Noteworthy colorways of the Huarache include tonal “Triple Red” and “Triple Black” versions.
