Nike Air Trainer 1
Nike’s very first cross-training shoe, the 1987 Air Trainer 1, was designed by Tinker Hatfield as a shoe suited to running, weightlifting and more. The silhouette was popularized by poly-athlete Bo Jackson, who was the face of Nike’s “Bo Knows” campaign. Alongside Bo, tennis stars John McEnroe and Andre Agassi also favored the Air Trainer 1. Key colorways include the 'White Chlorophyll' and 'Safari' versions as well as the Air Trainer 1 collaboration with fragment design.
