Nike KD 8
Designed by Leo Chang, a name who has helmed many of Kevin Durant’s signature models, the KD 8 debuted in 2015. The sneaker was marked by two technological firsts for Nike: a Flyweave upper and an articulated, full-length Zoom Air unit. Inspiration for the design was found in Durant's tattoo of a saber-tooth tiger and is represented as a fang-shaped heel counter. The shoe first arrived in a "July 4th" colorway and later in popular versions like "Black History Month" and “Aunt Pearl.”
